How does trip customization work?+
On any package page, use the Customize panel to adjust duration, hotel tier, add-on activities, extra destinations, and traveler count. The price recalculates live, and saving it creates a personal custom trip tied to your account.
Can I book a vehicle without a package?+
Yes — visit the Vehicles page, pick pickup/drop-off locations and dates, and check out directly. You can also attach a vehicle to a package booking during checkout.
Is payment real in this demo?+
No — Triptune's checkout uses a simulated payment step so you can test the full booking flow without a real card. No charges are ever made.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Bookings with a status of Pending or Confirmed can be cancelled from your dashboard any time before the trip's start date.
How do I leave a review?+
Once a booking's status is Completed, a review form appears on that package's page and from your dashboard's booking card.
Can I change my traveler count after saving a custom trip?+
Custom trips lock in the price for the traveler count you selected. Start a new customization from the package page if you need a different count.
