Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Booking details: traveler names, pickup/drop-off locations, travel dates, traveler count, and any special requests you provide when booking a package or vehicle.

Profile photo, if you choose to upload one.

Messages you send us through the contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Basic technical data such as IP address, used only for security purposes like rate-limiting login attempts.

We do not currently process online payments, so we never collect or store card numbers, CVC codes, or other payment credentials. Bookings are submitted as requests; our team follows up directly to arrange payment.

To create and manage your account, process booking requests, and communicate with you about them (confirmations, cancellations, and status updates).

To send account-related emails: email verification, password reset, and security alerts when your account details change.

To respond to messages sent through our contact form, and to send newsletter emails if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).

To keep the platform secure, including detecting suspicious login activity.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in (a secure session cookie). We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't share cookie data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use trusted third-party providers to run Triptune: Resend for sending transactional emails, Cloudflare for image storage, and Render for hosting our servers and database. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

We keep your account and booking information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll process your request.

You can view and update your name, email, phone, and password at any time from your account dashboard. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
