Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or booking with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to create an account and make a booking. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

A payment gateway isn't set up yet, so submitting a booking sends a request with your trip and traveler details — it doesn't guarantee availability. Our team reviews each request and follows up directly to confirm details and arrange payment. A booking's status (Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, or Completed) reflects where it stands.

Bookings with a status of Pending or Confirmed can be cancelled from your dashboard any time before the trip's start date. If our team cancels a booking on your behalf, we'll email you the reason.

Please provide accurate traveler names, contact details, and any special requests. We're not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information you've submitted.

Once a booking is marked Completed, you may leave a rating and review for that package. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience.

Vehicle seat capacity, package pricing, itineraries, and inclusions are described as accurately as possible but may change based on availability. We'll notify you of any material change to a confirmed booking.

Triptune connects you with travel packages and vehicle providers but isn't liable for events outside our reasonable control, including third-party service issues, weather, or force majeure events affecting your trip.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Triptune after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
